Meeting The Top Tennis Players in the World....

I didn't really post quite a good story on how I met them..

Well, let me begin from the first day. Monday the 19th 2007

We took the train plus a 15 minutes walk to Ritz Carlton.

It was the official hotel for the exhibition match between Nadal, Gasquet, Federer and Sampras.

For those of you who don't know who they are, Rafael Nadal is a Spaniard world number 2 tennis player while Richard Gasquet is a French and the world number 8.
Roger Federer is (if you still don't know who he is) the world Swiss number 1 tennis player while Pete Sampras is the former world number 1 hence the exhibition game between Nadal and Gasquet is called the "clash of the titans" and the match between Federer and Sampras - "clash of the times".

Well, we manage to meet up with them but it was like those scenes you see on the E! channel... "swoosh swoosh... third car! Third car!!" and everything was over in a blink of an eye. Felt like some paparazzi. Though it was really a LOONG wait, it was worth it.

Well, we manage to catch the last monorail but not the lrt so we had to take the cab, and here's a piece of advice for those who intend to go to the heart of Kuala Lumpur by train and also intend to stay there, oh let say, till VERY late... DON'T. or at least don't miss the last train because it will cause your wallet to burn.
